Project 1
The objectives of this project are as follows:
To introduce basic principles and procedures of construction process through real life project
(experiential learning)
To understand the sequence and coordination of construction at site
To expose to construction technology/methods responding to site context
To demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of construction, material and technology
To produce manual sketches, drawings and detailing relating to EXISTING construction
My task is to select ongoing construction site which visibly covers most of subject topics covered in the
syllabus. I had selectedlow rise buildings which is a three storey bungalow. To identify different types of building elements and its construction process, details and materials.

Project 2
The objectives of this project are as follows:
• To introduce basic principles and procedures of construction process through a simulated project
• To understand the sequence and coordination of construction at site
• To allow student to demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of construction, material and
technology
Learning outcomes of this project :
Produce a complete documentation (pictures, sketches and drawing) and analysis of construction
elements
• Understand and explain construction elements and its components.
• Understand current construction technology on local construction sites
• Explain current material and technology in relevance to present construction industry
My task is to document and illustrate visualizing construction activities and process of a 3 storeys
bungalow building. The construction project should be documented in weeks, including Construction
Activity, Duration, Materials, Equipment, Skilled Worker. The stage by stage process should be illustrate in
3D diagram (manual or computer aided).
The application/ software that i used to visualize the 3 storrey bungalow is " Autodesk Revit"
